All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected using industry-standard TLS 1.2+ encryption. Once stored, your files, transcripts, and summaries are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption within our Supabase infrastructure.
MeetMind AI relies on third-party AI service providers (Groq, Deepgram, NVIDIA) for transcription and language-model processing. Data handling by those providers is subject to their applicable policies and contractual terms.
You own the data stored in our databases. Audio files uploaded for processing are temporarily written to our local storage and our application executes cleanup of these local files immediately after transcription. When you delete a meeting from your history, it triggers a hard delete of your transcript and summary data in our database. Please note that deleting local temporary files or database records does not guarantee deletion of copies processed by third-party providers.
