Uploaded audio files are stored temporarily during transcription and deleted immediately after processing. Text transcripts are sent to third-party providers (such as Groq and NVIDIA NIM) under commercial API terms solely to generate your summaries and action items.
Currently, MeetMind AI works best with English, but our transcription engine supports over 50 languages including Spanish, French, German, and Japanese. Summary generation is currently optimized for English output.
